Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain a Zero Harm safety culture through consistent communication and practices
- Oversee operations within a designated river segment, managing vessel movements and stakeholder coordination
- Enter logistics data accurately and promptly using internal software systems
- Coordinate equipment deployment to fulfill customer obligations efficiently
- Generate towboat assignments for urgent movements within the assigned region
- Schedule tank barge transport on linehaul vessels, both company-owned and third-party
- Maintain direct contact with customers and service providers to meet delivery and service standards
- Review and approve vendor billing documents for correctness and timeliness
- Partner with sales personnel to align logistics execution with customer needs
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations while controlling costs
