Responsibilities
- Set up, adapt, and manage Logikal software to align with project and business needs
- Deliver technical assistance and instructional sessions to engineering, design, and manufacturing personnel on Logikal features
- Work with project leads and design units to maintain accurate data exchange across CAD, ERP, and production platforms
- Diagnose and resolve software problems, coordinating with external vendors when necessary
- Create and update operational guides, process flows, and recommended practices for Logikal use
- Maintain adherence to sector regulations and internal design standards
- Advance ongoing improvement efforts by finding ways to boost productivity through software enhancements
