Responsibilities
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to interpret complex design requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop advanced micro-architectures from high-level descriptions, targeting optimal performance, power, and area (PPA) outcomes.
- Utilize standard design tools and methodologies to create and refine digital logic circuits.
- Produce RTL code at both block and system levels to meet stringent PPA goals.
- Integrate multiple IPs and sub-blocks into the main SoC architecture.
- Carry out static verification tasks such as linting, clock domain crossing (CDC), and equivalence checking to ensure RTL quality.
- Automate repetitive design tasks through scripting to improve workflow efficiency.
- Support functional verification efforts and work closely with verification teams to validate design correctness.
- Participate in technical design reviews to contribute expertise and improve overall design integrity.
- Collaborate with physical design teams to incorporate design-for-manufacturability (DFM) and design-for-test (DFT) practices.
