Gate is looking for a Localization Specialist/Translator with native-level fluency in French to join our team. You will be responsible for translating and adapting content to ensure it resonates with our target audiences.
What You'll Do
- Translate a variety of content from English to French with high linguistic quality.
- Adapt culturally specific references to ensure relevance for French-speaking markets.
- Review and proofread translated materials for accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and context.
- Maintain and update terminology glossaries and style guides.
What We're Looking For
- Native-level fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in a professional translation or localization role.
- Strong understanding of localization principles and cultural adaptation.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in French.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
