Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 8–10+ client accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact for business owners
- Lead onboarding calls, monthly check-ins, and strategy reviews
- Audit local search presence and build tailored SEO strategies
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles
- Implement on-site SEO improvements (primarily on WordPress websites)
- Build and maintain local citations and directory listings
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and lead metrics using tools like BrightLocal, Whitespark, and Google Search Console
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance data
- Communicate confidently with U.S.-based clients on a regular basis
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., web design) on technical updates
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm changes and local SEO trends
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
