Responsibilities
- Launch the Anchor Program by identifying and engaging top local customers to serve as community hosts, leveraging their influence to draw in prospects and industry leaders such as renowned chefs and consultants.
- Actively cultivate relationships with external stakeholders including potential clients, influencers, and trade organizations to strengthen local market presence.
- Design, execute, and evaluate grassroots-style events—from morning meetups to after-hours gatherings—hosted at customer locations to foster genuine connections.
- Produce authentic, on-the-spot customer stories using mobile tools, collaborating with social media teams to turn moments into shareable content and sales-ready case studies.
- Ensure field sales teams have up-to-date, locally relevant materials enriched with fresh insights and narratives gathered from the community.
- Collaborate across functions including marketing, sales, account management, product marketing, content, and partnerships to align local efforts with broader regional goals.
