Responsibilities
- Handle loan and payment activities for agented, participated, and bilateral credit facilities
- Oversee end-to-end deal management, starting with loan data entry and booking
- Oversee end-to-end deal management, including disbursement of payments to lenders
- Oversee end-to-end deal management, including calculation and processing of fees and invoices
- Oversee end-to-end deal management, including distribution of lender notifications
- Track incoming transfers to syndication accounts from borrowers and lending parties
- Lead daily reconciliations in Corona and report on overdue items, including identifying and correcting discrepancies

- Process transfer requests and contract modifications from external parties promptly
- Examine and approve financial transactions managed by team members
- Establish, execute, and reconcile insurance payments according to internal guidelines
- Conduct daily matching of outstanding items and maintain accuracy of data across platforms
- Work closely with Middle Office, Loan Trading, and Loan Booking units for smooth daily operations
Work Arrangement
Hybrid — New York City, with minimum three days per week on-site
