Responsibilities
- Enter and manage MLS listings for newly constructed homes with precision and thoroughness.
- Handle around 30 listings daily while adhering to quality and compliance standards.
- Populate new listings using data from CRM systems and materials supplied by builders.
- Design floor plans from the ground up within MLS, accurately reflecting all features and specs.
- Duplicate existing listings and tailor them to match specific property details.
- Adjust listing prices quickly and ensure they align with updates in the CRM.
- Upload and manage photos and other marketing content for each listing.
- Audit listings before activation to confirm correctness and compliance with MLS rules.
- Ensure all listings follow established branding guidelines consistent with builder requirements.
- Work with internal teams to resolve ambiguities or gaps in listing details.
- Meet daily targets and maintain productivity in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
