Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and management of desktop infrastructure, both on-premise and in the cloud
- Ensure platforms and services remain operational, secure, and compliant
- Provide 3rd-line maintenance and support for a global desktop infrastructure
- Keep endpoints up-to-date and address vulnerabilities, security risks
- Identify future technology opportunities
- Actively engage with end users through face-to-face interactions
- Drive project work using structured methodologies
- Provide regular updates
- Mentor team members
- Oversee escalated technical issues
- Ensure prompt service restoration
- Support ongoing team development
Requirements
