Responsibilities
- Implements production code updates and database modifications in coordination with release, change, and deployment teams.
- Analyzes and supports cross-regional system dependencies including domain configurations, DNS setups, and third-party integrations.
- Rapidly acquires knowledge of new technologies to identify solutions that prevent service outages.
- Resolves complex infrastructure issues independently across multiple platforms and teams with minimal oversight.
- Breaks down technical issues into core components and routes tickets to appropriate internal or external teams.
- Creates and evaluates technical manuals and troubleshooting resources for frontline and secondary support staff.
