Responsibilities
- Run secondary binding, finishing, and packaging machinery outside the main production line
- Prepare and calibrate equipment settings for upcoming production batches
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and upkeep of machinery to support reliable performance
- Identify operational problems, perform basic troubleshooting, and request maintenance support when necessary
- Supervise team assignments and assist in onboarding or training new personnel as required
