Responsibilities
- Run auxiliary and offline binding, finishing, and packaging machinery
- Prepare and calibrate equipment for production tasks
- Perform routine cleaning and lubrication to support reliable machine performance
- Identify operational problems and initiate maintenance requests when necessary
- Assign tasks to team members and assist in onboarding new staff as needed
Compensation
Starting at $23.50 per hour, including shift differential, with an additional $2.00 per hour shift premium
