Responsibilities
- Operate secondary and support binding, finishing, and packaging machinery
- Prepare and adjust equipment settings for production batches
- Perform routine cleaning and lubrication to support equipment efficiency
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and report maintenance needs when necessary
- Coordinate team assignments and assist in directing crew members
- Provide training and guidance to new and current staff to reinforce understanding of company standards, protocols, and operational best practices
Responsibilities
- Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment.
- Set up and adjusts machine and equipment for production runs
- Clean, lubricate and maintain machine to ensure its optimum operation.
- May troubleshoot issues and submit requests for maintenance as needed
- May coordinate the assignment of crewmembers and may provide training for new team members
- Training and mentoring new and existing employees, ensuring consistent knowledge of company policies, procedures, and best practices to improve team performance and productivity.
