Responsibilities
- Operate auxiliary and offline equipment used in binding, finishing, and packaging processes
- Prepare and adjust machinery for production runs according to specifications
- Perform routine cleaning and lubrication to support reliable machine performance
- Maintain equipment to ensure consistent and efficient operation
- Identify operational issues and escalate maintenance requests when necessary
- Assist in coordinating team assignments and provide guidance to new employees as needed
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
