Responsibilities
- Operate secondary binding, finishing, and packaging machinery outside main production lines
- Prepare and calibrate equipment for scheduled manufacturing cycles
- Perform routine cleaning and lubrication to support reliable machine performance
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate maintenance needs when necessary
- Possibly assign tasks to team members and assist in onboarding new hires
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
