About the Role
The individual in this role will design and execute marketing initiatives that guide users through every stage of their journey, using behavioral insights and automation to improve long-term engagement and product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage automated email sequences that support user onboarding and continued engagement
- Use customer behavior data to identify key lifecycle moments and optimize touchpoints
- Collaborate with product and growth teams to align messaging with user milestones
- Build and refine segmentation strategies to deliver personalized content
- Monitor performance metrics such as conversion rates, churn, and feature adoption
- Lead A/B testing programs to improve campaign effectiveness
- Create lifecycle dashboards to track user progression and engagement trends
- Partner with design and copy teams to produce compelling campaign assets
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards across all communications
- Manage calendar planning for lifecycle campaigns across regions
- Analyze customer feedback to inform messaging adjustments
- Optimize re-engagement campaigns for inactive users
- Support the development of in-app messaging strategies
- Work with sales to align lifecycle efforts with expansion opportunities
- Lead reporting efforts for executive reviews on retention and engagement
