- Candidate must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Applicant must live within commuting distance of the Mexico City office.

- Occasional on-call availability is required to support the Expertise Center and ESS Remote Technicians on a 24/7 basis.

- There may be occasions that are required to be On-Call to provide 24/7 Support to the Expertise Center and the ESS Remote Technicians.
