About the Role
The consultant will join a specialized practice working with international pharmaceutical clients, engaging early in product development to accelerate innovation adoption, generate evidence from population data, influence health policy, and improve market access and population health outcomes across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage problem-solving components within assigned workstreams while efficiently utilizing leadership resources.
- Independently structure analyses and conduct research to support problem-solving within a project stream.
- Apply analytical insights to address client challenges in life sciences, such as speeding up medicine adoption, creating real-world evidence, or supporting patient access and reimbursement strategies.
- Produce polished, client-ready deliverables requiring minimal revisions.
- Communicate clearly with clients using various formats, including engagement with senior stakeholders in global and regional life sciences, market access, medical affairs, and health systems.
- Understand how individual tasks contribute to overall project timelines and manage priorities, flagging risks and capacity constraints as needed.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with contacts from current, past, and prospective clients.
- Assist in crafting high-quality proposals and responses to competitive bidding processes for new and existing clients.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively within teams, guiding analysts in applying consulting methodologies effectively.

Role Overview
The Life Sciences Consultant will join the Life Sciences practice, working with global pharmaceutical companies at the EUCan and global level, engaging earlier in the product lifecycle. The role involves accelerating adoption of innovation, generating real-world evidence from linked population data, and shaping policy, HTA, and market access conditions. The consultant will work across UK, EU, and Canadian markets, delivering solutions that improve population health.
