Responsibilities
- Work closely with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Assist in managing customer data.
- Execute administration tasks related to the License Review process.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, ad-hoc reports, or summaries as required.
- Prospecting customer contact details.
- Support the SAM group through the license management process.
Requirements
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Experience/knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and/or handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent research skills and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
Nice to Have
- Prior customer-facing experience is a significant advantage
