Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
- Customize care for each patient with autonomy to determine frequency and length of sessions.
- Perform individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Focus on patient care without on-call responsibilities.
- Complete clinical care and documentation following treatment sessions.
- Allow back-office support team to handle billing, collections, credentialing, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW).
- Licensure in the state of Colorado with the ability to practice independently.

Team
Structure: Interdisciplinary healthcare team including physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals.
Additional Information
- Work from home option available.
- Typically, clinicians work between Mondays – Fridays somewhere between the hours of 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- No on-call responsibilities.
