About the Role
This position involves delivering remote mental health services to clients across Georgia, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning using established therapeutic approaches, while working within a supportive clinical framework.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and family therapy using clinically validated methods
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
- Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care providers
- Respond to client communications within established timeframes
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations
- Participate in regular clinical supervision
- Engage in ongoing quality improvement activities
- Support crisis intervention when necessary
- Coordinate care with external health providers as needed
- Educate clients and families about mental health conditions
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies
- Use telehealth platforms securely and effectively
- Attend team meetings and case reviews
- Follow organizational policies and procedures
- Maintain active licensure and continuing education
- Uphold cultural competence in client interactions
- Contribute to a client-centered care environment
