About the Role

Responsibilities
- Facilitate structured group therapy sessions for diverse client populations
- Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary
- Coordinate referrals to additional support services
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Support client engagement and retention in treatment
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Adhere to confidentiality protocols
- Respond to client communications professionally
- Manage group scheduling and logistics
- Contribute to program evaluation and quality improvement
- Stay current with clinical best practices
- Uphold organizational policies and procedures
- Engage in professional development activities
- Assist with training new staff when needed
Nice to Have
- Licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent
- Two or more years of clinical experience
- Experience in virtual or remote therapy settings
- Specialized training in evidence-based group models
- Bilingual communication abilities
- Experience with electronic health records
- Certification in a therapeutic modality
- Prior coordination or leadership roles in group programming
- Knowledge of community mental health resources
- Training in crisis response protocols
