Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate structured group therapy sessions for clients
- Conduct client assessments to determine treatment needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with clinical goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and progress notes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
- Communicate regularly with clients' support networks when appropriate
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and families
- Support crisis intervention protocols when necessary
- Adhere to confidentiality and privacy policies
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Follow organizational policies and procedures
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Coordinate scheduling for group sessions
- Maintain familiarity with community resources for referrals
- Uphold trauma-informed care principles
- Promote a respectful and inclusive group environment
- Assist in program evaluation and quality improvement
Nice to Have
- Current licensure in mental health field
