Role Overview
We are looking for a Licensed Behaviour Analyst (LBA) or Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to join a remote clinical team delivering Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the United States. This position plays a key role in maintaining clinical integrity by reviewing treatment strategies, evaluating behavioural outcomes, and ensuring adherence to professional and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of ABA treatment plans to ensure clinical accuracy and alignment with evidence-based practices
- Analyze behavioural data to identify patterns and recommend adjustments to intervention strategies
- Provide detailed feedback on clinical reports and documentation
- Support the creation and refinement of Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Assist in Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) as needed
- Collaborate with U.S.-based clinicians through remote communication channels
- Ensure all records meet BACB, HIPAA, and U.S. regulatory requirements
- Review documentation related to caregiver and parent training
- Help improve clinical workflows and documentation standards over time
Qualifications and Requirements
- Active BCBA certification or active pursuit of certification
- Postgraduate training in Psychology, Education, Applied Behaviour Analysis, or a related clinical field
- Minimum of 2–4 years of direct clinical experience in ABA, preferably with children on the autism spectrum
- Demonstrated experience in reviewing and evaluating treatment plans and clinical records
- Firm grasp of ABA principles and behavioural intervention techniques
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision in documentation
- Experience working in structured clinical settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote, team-oriented environment
Work Environment and Logistics
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM South African time, subject to daylight saving adjustments)
- Must be available to work both U.S. and South African public holidays; compensation provided for South African holidays per BCEA guidelines
- Fixed fibre internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speeds, using a wired Ethernet connection — required
- Applicants must have a reliable power backup system to manage outages or load shedding
- Position is fully remote with no office requirement
