GoodIP is looking for a Legal Counsel Semiconductors & Tech Contracts (M/W/D) to serve as a strategic partner for a portfolio of high-growth tech startups operating at the intersection of cutting-edge hardware and agile software. You will provide commercially-minded legal support and navigate complex legal landscapes.
What You'll Do
- Draft, review, and lead negotiations for complex commercial agreements, including Master Purchase Agreements, specialized Semiconductor supply/design-in contracts, EULAs, and SaaS agreements.
- Maintain and optimize legal templates, documentation, and internal filing systems to ensure 'due diligence-ready' standards.
What We're Looking For
- Fully qualified German lawyer (First and Second State Exam) or US lawyer.
- Significant experience in commercial contract law, specifically within the Semiconductor, SaaS, or Software Licensing sectors.
- Professional fluency in German and English.
Team & Environment
You will work in a team with an experienced lawyer, patent attorneys, and IP managers. The team size is 1-10 employees.
