Requirements
- Admitted to the German bar with First and Second State Exam, or qualified as a US attorney.
- Extensive background in commercial contract law, particularly in the Semiconductor, SaaS, or Software Licensing industries.
- Professional proficiency in both German and English, required for negotiating international cross-border contracts.
