Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain case files and records
- Prepare legal documents including pleadings and motions
- Communicate with clients to gather case details

- Assist attorneys during trial preparation
- File documents with courts and regulatory agencies
- Manage correspondence for legal team members
- Track deadlines and court rules for multiple jurisdictions
- Conduct basic legal research under supervision
- Coordinate with outside counsel and experts
- Maintain calendars for attorneys and cases
- Support discovery process including document collection
- Draft correspondence and client updates
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with client intake procedures
- Update internal databases with case information
- Handle phone inquiries from clients and vendors
- Prepare exhibits and trial binders
- Monitor case status and report updates
- Ensure compliance with filing procedures
- Organize and label evidence materials
- Assist with notarizations and affidavits
- Coordinate courier services for document delivery
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support team during high-volume caseload periods
