Responsibilities
- Support daily administrative functions such as monitoring legal claims, managing evidence, responding to internal inquiries, coordinating with legal staff, and using litigation management software.
- Maintain digital records and internal databases through accurate data input and report generation.
- Gather and structure evidence needed for claim reviews and legal discovery procedures.
- Help external legal counsel understand and access internal systems and workflows.
- Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors or management related to the legal department’s operations.
