Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in instructional design, learning design, or learning strategy
- Proven ability to create effective learning solutions using various delivery methods
- Thorough knowledge of instructional design frameworks and principles of adult education
- Experience in needs analysis and converting business objectives into actionable learning strategies
- Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts while providing constructive feedback
- Demonstrated skill in ensuring consistent quality across learning initiatives in large organizations
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Design, or a closely related discipline
