Responsibilities
- Support requirements for PR0001 Monitoring, Evaluation, And Learning (MEL) Support
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration and technical assistance
- Ensure webinar-based financial education training sessions are operating adequately and accessible
- Provide instructional content for all online resources
- Work with Curriculum Developer and Financial Literacy Instructor to develop and design online learning content
- Answer questions via telephone regarding LMS functionality and support
- Understand training and business priorities and proactively improve LMS processes
- Serve as subject matter expert and advisor on LMS functionality and processes
- Provide LMS support for Curriculum Developer, Curriculum Quality Control Analyst, and Financial Literacy Instructor
- Work with team members to develop integration and implementation strategies
- Answer key questions of participants in-person and online via chat, email, and telephone
- Manage data feeds between the LMS and other information systems
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and testing activities when necessary
Requirements
- Experience in LMS administration and technical assistance
- Ability to support webinar-based training sessions
- Ability to provide instructional content for online resources
- Collaboration with Curriculum Developer and Financial Literacy Instructor
- Strong communication skills to answer questions via telephone, email, chat, and in-person
- Understanding of training and business priorities
- Experience managing data feeds between LMS and other systems
- Technical support, troubleshooting, and testing capabilities
