This role is dedicated to crafting impactful learning experiences that empower individuals through visually compelling and pedagogically sound content. As a key contributor to global enablement programs, you'll design training assets that improve how people access, understand, and apply knowledge—supporting both internal teams and external participants.
What You’ll Do
- Design and refine multimedia content including videos, infographics, presentations, and interactive modules that align with brand and accessibility standards.
- Translate learning goals into engaging digital formats using research-backed methods, ensuring clarity and learner engagement.
- Develop eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise, publishing in SCORM/xAPI formats and supporting deployment across learning platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate ideas, prototypes, and solutions that advance digital training practices.
- Adapt materials for diverse audiences, including localization and versioning for regional and language-specific needs.
- Use data on user engagement and feedback to refine content, improving usability, comprehension, and inclusivity over time.
- Maintain consistency in visual design and instructional quality across all deliverables, following established brand and accessibility guidelines.
- Manage multiple timelines and projects in a fast-moving environment, adjusting quickly to evolving priorities.
What You Bring
- Degree or diploma in graphic design, multimedia, instructional design, communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience creating visual learning content, with a portfolio demonstrating work in eLearning, training, or digital communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), After Effects, and Articulate360 tools.
- Experience with AI voice and translation platforms such as Eleven Labs, Synthesia, or HeyGen.
- Strong visual design sense, with attention to typography, layout, pacing, and narrative clarity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, incorporate feedback, and iterate based on data and stakeholder input.
- Commitment to inclusive design and accessibility in all learning materials.
Preferred Background
- Familiarity with intranet systems like SharePoint, MS Viva, Workday, or ServiceNow.
- Experience with LMS platforms, SCORM/xAPI publishing, storyboarding, or basic audio editing.
- Curiosity about emerging AI tools in design and media editing, including Canva, Figma plugins, Runway, or Descript.
Work Environment
This is a remote position open to candidates in the U.S. You’ll work in a flexible, virtual setting that supports autonomy and collaboration. Compensation & Benefits
Pay starts at $40.00 per hour for up to 30 hours weekly, with flexibility based on project needs. Placement within the range reflects experience, location, and other factors.
