About the Role

The Learning and Development Designer will create and implement innovative learning solutions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective learning content.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional design methodologies and tools.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Create multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive simulations.
  • Develop and maintain learning management systems.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design.
  • Provide support and guidance to learners throughout their learning journey.
  • Ensure that all learning materials are accessible and inclusive.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and opportunities.
  • Create and manage learning pathways and curricula.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning solutions into existing workflows.
