- Organize content into structured learning pathways
- Work with multimedia elements including video, audio, and graphics
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all materials
- Manage multiple projects within established timelines
- Translate complex information into clear, digestible content
- Support user testing and iterate based on results
- Integrate learning solutions with learning management systems
- Stay current with trends in educational technology and design methods
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Participate in peer reviews of instructional content

- Assist in onboarding and training new team members
