About the Role

Role OverviewAs the Learning & Development and Quality Manager, you will drive both employee growth and service excellence across departments. This dual-focus position blends instructional leadership with quality assurance, ensuring training initiatives support organizational goals while operational standards consistently reflect the ultra-luxury ethos of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess training requirements by analyzing job roles, performance reviews, and direct input from department leaders.
  • Create, launch, and assess structured learning programs that support long-term business objectives.
  • Facilitate onboarding and ongoing development for team members, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer and engagement.
  • Collaborate with external training providers and internal stakeholders to expand learning opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other properties to enable cross-training and shared best practices.
  • Ensure all staff have access to company-managed learning resources and development pathways.
  • Establish and manage quality assurance systems that align with guest expectations and brand commitments.
  • Guide leadership teams in applying Total Quality Management principles to daily operations.
  • Produce monthly guest satisfaction analyses, highlighting improvement areas and tracking progress.
  • Leverage data from feedback platforms such as Trust You to monitor trends and refine service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in training, development, or quality management within a service-oriented environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven presentation abilities.
  • Experience in coaching, instructional design, and performance evaluation.
  • Familiarity with database systems and data analysis tools.
  • Working knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Highly analytical with effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a positive, approachable demeanor and resilience under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage diverse teams.
