Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in L&D Specialist, L&D Project Manager, or Event Manager roles.
- Proven experience in implementing talent development initiatives and delivering L&D projects.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design basics.
- Experience in developing and managing training and development programs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and educational technology tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify problems and risks and suggest solutions.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and report on training effectiveness metrics and feedback.
- Readiness to generate and interpret basic reports and dashboards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders including employees, managers, and external vendors.
