Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts and manage a team of visual effects artists, providing mentorship and promoting a culture of creativity and high standards.
- Design and refine pipelines and workflows for visual effects to improve efficiency and quality.
- Conduct research, build prototypes, and implement particle effects using Unreal Engine 5.
- Partner with gameplay, character, cinematic, and environment teams to meet visual and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with creative directors and production leads to define project goals and estimate production timelines.
- Explore and adopt advanced techniques and tools to expand the boundaries of visual effects capabilities.
- Ensure all visual effects meet performance standards and adhere to technical constraints.
