Shape the digital experience for customers in the vacation home co-ownership sector by leading UX/UI design, executing user research, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless journey from initial interest to ownership.
Responsibilities
- Direct the creation and ongoing improvement of UX and UI across digital platforms.
- Perform user research and usability testing to collect actionable insights and user feedback.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to develop design solutions centered on user needs.
- Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flow diagrams that support both business goals and user requirements.
- Define and advocate for design standards, guidelines, and best practices to maintain consistency across all digital products.
- Evaluate qualitative and quantitative user data to guide design decisions and enhance overall experience.
- Monitor advancements in design tools, technologies, and industry trends to drive continuous innovation in the design process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated experience as a UX designer or in a comparable role, preferably within a startup or fast-moving environment.
- A strong portfolio that highlights user-centered design projects and the design process.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in design execution.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and delivering on time in a changing environment.
