Lead TQM Utilities plays a central role in guiding utility sector clients through transformation using SAP technologies. This position leads the Premium Engagement program, ensuring services are closely aligned with client objectives and delivered with high quality across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the Premium Engagement lifecycle, from initial assessment through execution, ensuring alignment with customer business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with account teams, solution architects, and delivery experts to design tailored engagement plans that deliver measurable value.
- Oversee governance, issue resolution, and executive communication to maintain project integrity and stakeholder confidence.
- Lead technical delivery efforts including system design, integration, optimization, and validation, supporting both full lifecycle and targeted initiatives.
- Facilitate training, workshops, and change enablement activities to build customer capability and adoption.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a strong foundation in SAP architecture and enterprise solution delivery, with over 10 years of experience across SAP platforms and industry-specific implementations.
- Proven expertise in SAP Enterprise, Industry, and Platform solutions, including S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Background in project leadership, value realization, and contract lifecycle management.
- Experience engaging senior executives and influencing strategic decisions within utility organizations.
- Strong negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills in high-pressure environments.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.
Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid model, supporting locations across the U.S., with flexibility based on proximity to major airports. Travel ranges from minimal to moderate (up to 50%).
