Responsibilities
- Lead 1–2 high-impact strategic initiatives within the Elevate program focused on transforming customer experiences in RSA.
- Utilize artificial intelligence, digital platforms, and emerging technologies to enhance customer satisfaction while lowering internal and external expenses.
- Serve as the main point of contact for local implementation efforts, ensuring consistency through standardized deployment materials and knowledge transfer systems.
- Guarantee that project outcomes are properly documented in Planning & Delivery and Workforce Management tools, including cost reductions and improvements in customer feedback.
- Track performance metrics and verify benefit realization after initiative rollout.
- Collaborate closely with regional operations leadership.
- Partner with regional end-to-end teams across RSA to align process improvements.
- Coordinate with Provider and Network Management functions.
- Engage with the Chief Technology Office to integrate technical strategies.
- Align with senior leaders across RSA lines of business and regional markets.
- Work in tandem with internal technology units and external technology vendors.
