The Lead Strategic Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our enterprise partnership ecosystem across EMEA. This individual will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing high-impact collaborations with key industry players to unlock new revenue streams and accelerate GMV growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to build trusted relationships at executive levels, drive complex cross-functional initiatives, and execute with precision in a dynamic, in-person-first environment. As a leader in the partnerships function, this person will also contribute to defining long-term partnership strategy, developing scalable growth frameworks, and mentoring junior team members, while directly reporting to the Head of Partnerships for EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and management of a high-value portfolio of enterprise partnerships across EMEA, focusing on long-term growth and relationship expansion.
- Identify and cultivate a robust pipeline of high-potential partners to significantly increase regional GMV contribution.
- Design and implement scalable playbooks and growth systems to effectively enter and scale within key industry verticals.
- Collaborate across legal, finance, technology, supply, marketing, and product teams to structure viable partnerships and ensure milestone delivery.
- Drive sales initiatives with both existing and new enterprise clients, ensuring consistent revenue progression and deal execution.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development within high-growth marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce, airline, or online travel technology environments.
- Established professional network and industry reputation in relevant business ecosystems.
- Demonstrated understanding of affiliate marketing and strategic partnership models.
- Strong commercial judgment with proven ability in contract negotiation and long-term relationship management.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable growth and KPI improvements in online marketplace settings.
- Adaptable and resilient mindset, thriving in fast-moving environments with a focus on continuous learning and growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a consistent win-win approach to collaboration.
