Responsibilities
- Enhance the reach of the Solutions team by developing reusable resources, defining solution frameworks, and guiding team members in customer-facing technical strategies.
- Identify business objectives and challenges from clients and convert them into impactful AI-driven opportunities using the company's platform during sales engagements and enterprise deal progression, with emphasis on high-value initiatives that warrant strategic investment.
- Design and manage proof-of-value initiatives that integrate client data, machine learning models, and the company's platform to showcase measurable business outcomes.
- Develop functional prototypes and demonstrations using the platform to mimic real-world integrations and operational workflows.
- Partner with clients and external collaborators to create tailored solutions on the Agentic Decisioning Platform.
- Own proof-of-value efforts and clearly articulate the potential value and long-term implementation roadmap to executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
- Collaborate with product management to relay competitive insights and customer feedback gathered during sales, contributing to product direction and market positioning.
- Lead exploration for new application scenarios and execute them on the platform to evaluate alignment between product capabilities and market needs.
- Share findings from technical evaluations and customer interactions with product and go-to-market teams to inform development and strategy.
