Responsibilities
- Serve as Tech Lead for a local team of 4 to 8 engineers focused on the Supply Chain product module.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager, and Designer to shape the team's product direction and technical strategy.
- Work with peer technical leads and subject matter experts across the US and UK to align on standards, roadmaps, and delivery, while contributing to the broader technical leadership forum.
- Support and mentor engineers leading the design and development of specific features or initiatives.
- Demonstrate best practices by writing clean, efficient, tested, and maintainable code across the full technology stack.
- Promote a high-performance culture centered on technical quality and rapid, reliable delivery.

- This role must be performed in person at the Mexico City office.
- Candidates must be available to work from the office four days per week, unless the position is designated as remote.
- The company maintains hub offices in San Francisco, New York, London, and Mexico City, with additional satellite locations in Denver, Sydney, Paris, and Berlin.
- In cities where offices are present, staff are expected to work on-site four days each week.
