Responsibilities
- Lead technical planning efforts and collaborate with teams to refine project estimates and ensure alignment with business objectives and schedules.
- Formulate solutions for intricate business challenges by interpreting technical requirements and delivering efficient, effective implementations.
- Architect and design software systems, applications, and database improvements that meet business needs while prioritizing scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Oversee the development, integration, and testing processes to ensure software meets functional requirements and is delivered on time with high quality.
- Promote best practices in coding across multiple programming languages and support junior engineers through mentorship and technical guidance.
- Manage defect resolution efforts by leading debugging initiatives to enhance system stability, reliability, and overall performance.
- Oversee the creation and standardization of technical documentation, including code annotations, design specifications, and user guides.
- Collaborate with analysts, testers, and project leads to ensure technical solutions fulfill business needs, sharing expertise and proven methodologies.
- Deliver advanced technical support to users and recommend improvements to increase software effectiveness and user adoption.
