Woodard & Curran is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join its Management Information Systems (MIS) team. This full-time position will be responsible for leading and contributing to critical software engineering initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and development of software solutions within the MIS team.
- Architect, build, and maintain robust and scalable applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Own the full development lifecycle from concept through deployment and support.
