About the Role
This role is responsible for managing the scheduling function within the professional services team, ensuring optimal resource allocation, accurate forecasting, and seamless coordination between internal stakeholders and clients. The individual will lead scheduling strategies, improve process efficiency, and support service delivery timelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of scheduling plans for professional services projects
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams to align resource availability with project timelines
- Monitor scheduling accuracy and adjust plans based on changing project demands
- Ensure timely assignment of personnel to service engagements
- Maintain up-to-date scheduling records and reporting metrics
- Identify scheduling bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Support forecasting activities by providing scheduling data and insights
- Collaborate with operations leaders to balance workload across teams
- Facilitate communication between scheduling, service delivery, and sales teams
- Develop and maintain scheduling templates and standard operating procedures

- Ensure compliance with service level agreements through effective planning
- Manage scheduling priorities during peak service periods
