Responsibilities
- Build and sustain a strong flow of qualified applicants for open positions
- Use job posting platforms and applicant tracking tools to locate, connect with, and monitor candidates
- Record and maintain clear documentation of sourcing methods for consistent results
- Work directly with hiring managers to define and understand role-specific requirements
- Perform preliminary candidate evaluations to assess qualifications and role fit
- Align all recruitment efforts with organizational objectives and quality standards
- Provide regular updates to clients and collect feedback during the hiring cycle
- Facilitate smooth contract discussions and agreements between candidates and clients
