Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment to scale Sales and Marketing functions, including senior individual contributors and leadership roles such as VPs and directors.
- Collaborate directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and go-to-market teams to define hiring goals and align talent strategies with business priorities.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Enhance recruiting standards by identifying process improvements and leading initiatives that boost hiring efficiency and candidate quality.
- Deliver a positive and cohesive candidate journey from initial outreach through interviews and offer stages.
- Act as both a hands-on recruiter and a mentor to strengthen internal recruiting capabilities across the organization.
