Responsibilities
- Continuously enhance quality assurance and release workflows
- Lead and develop a QA team through coaching and mentorship
- Define and refine organization-wide quality strategies and testing tools
- Monitor and manage key QA performance indicators such as defect rates, test coverage, release confidence, and regression trends
- Advance test infrastructure and promote a strong QA culture across all teams
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product leadership on strategic initiatives
