Responsibilities
- Oversee small-scale projects involving fewer than five countries or limited service scope, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality-aligned delivery under general supervision
- Serve as secondary project lead in large, complex international initiatives, supporting the delivery of outputs according to established quality, timeline, and cost benchmarks
- Uphold and advocate for service excellence and reliable delivery standards in all client interactions
- Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure efficient execution and accountability
- Provide training, mentorship, and professional development support to team members involved in study execution
- Contribute to preliminary assessments and feasibility analyses for potential projects
- Support business development through proposal creation, client briefings, and participation in bid defense activities
- Ensure consistent application of organizational standards and adherence to internal departmental processes
