Responsibilities
- Serve as the main联络 point for design teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication across all project phases.
- Supervise adherence to design objectives, verifying that construction follows specifications, contractual agreements, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage the timely processing of technical documents such as RFIs, submittals, and design outputs, ensuring interdisciplinary accuracy and buildability.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget by proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.
- Lead resolution of technical challenges and field issues by coordinating between design and construction teams to handle unexpected conditions.
- Perform routine site visits and quality audits to track progress, detect deficiencies, and validate reporting integrity.
- Facilitate and document coordination meetings to support decision-making and team synchronization.
- Administer scope change procedures, including evaluation and negotiation of change orders and contract modifications.
- Direct project closeout activities, ensuring proper documentation and delivery of final records.
